Great natural colorThis is my second try hoping to get my color right, and it is getting close. The color that this product provides is about a million times better than any off-the-shelf color I have ever tried. It is so natural and has so much more depth. The color did lighten quite a bit despite my buying the color care shampoo and conditioner, but still, it remained a very natural color - it did not become orange or brassy. Impressive!!I'm on a budget, but don't want to look like it. Esalon's process was easy and thorough. I chose the wrong color for me and they caught it. They notified me and by looking at my profile answers and my picture they made the proper adjustments and I couldn't be happier.
