Colour alterationsI'm am very pleased with the colour alteration. Slightly lighter than I first started with. Hoping to gradually get lighter. Covers my grey hair brilliantly. Thank you. Dark brownCustomer service is AWESOME!! When I sent photos of hair to rep, she said I needed tint rinse. Did that and then a little while later did color. The rep chose a lighter color than I choose which is good bc I wanted it lighter. It turned out really dark. But i had my stylist put highlights in a few days later and it is good. I’m not sure if it was my hair or what??!! Over all it was ok. Love my colour ❤️I was nervous using a different colour, but after trying numerous brands and still having a copper tinge to my dark brown, I thought, 'why not, what's to lose'. I love the colour, the process of choosing a colour that you want meant that I got the colour that's right for me. I have the matte dark brown hair I have always wanted with no red, my hair is smooth, soft, and my greys are gone. Salon dye for shop prices.
