Started out goodThe first color set I ordered was excellent, lasted a long time and was the color I wanted. The last two only lasted a few weeks, gray came out the first week and I was paying twice as much for the inferior color. Nice colorI love the color, but I need more conditioner since I have dry hair. I have curly dry hair and need to condition my hair often. ColorEstoy muy disgustada porque les comenté que el color que me enviaron no era mi cerca al que pedí y no han echo ningún tipo de acercamiento para tratar de corregir el problema y mantenerme como clienta. Es una práctica muy mala de servicio al cliente. Estoy dispuesta a trabajar con ustedes y mantenerme de cliente si ajustan el color a lo que yo pedí y no me dieron. Just okayI was super excited about a custom color little did I know it wasn't what I had hoped for. The process was cool with the colorist and what not. The color I wanted was a mix between light brown and medium brown with no red or brassy color.
