To dark and flatI was given a color called soft black. I did not like it. Its flat and faded. It was neither cool nor warm. I did not like how the stylist spoke to me while I was trying to explain what I wanted. She was short with me and couldn't see past a straight black color instead a a deep rich dark chocolate. Normal It wouldn't be a big deal but without a haircut, color is all I got. I would like to look at swatches before I try again. Also I was in the hospital sick.. that is why I did not share my concerns earlier! I will try one more time and this time pick from what I can see . not just from some young lady being short with me. not happyThe past two times I have NOT gotten the results I want as I did with the first two times. The root color is BLOND more than auburn. Then the ends refresher is a huge contrast and is not blending all over. In other words the results look artificial. PLEASE LESS BLOND ! following was original request" am wanting a tad closer to auburn as that is my natural color. I hated it, it ruined my existing color.First of all it wasn't enough to even cover half of my hair and secondly i asked to get the red out of my hair (I EVEN SENT PICTURES) or tone down the red brassines and NOW IT LOOKS MORED RED. So if I sent pictures they should have a better idea of what they are doing.I wanted to tone down the brassines in my balaged hair. its not even close to dark blonde my hair is basically a mousy brown. Didn’t cover graysKind of upset this didn’t work as described. The color had no red in it like I wanted and it didn’t penetrate all the grays I have. The smell was very strong and to be honest I feel like I get much better coverage from box color at the store. At least those covered the greys. I put in a request for a different color and just reviewed it. I asked for a lot of red and the new color won’t be what I want. Stubborn graysThe hair color does not covers grays that well. The grays were a much lighter shade than the rest of my hair and it faded in about 1-2 weeks.
