Zero StarsHORRIBLE Experience. Color arrived and it came out way too dark. Zero shine. They offered free color with an adjustment to the formula. My communications on the formula went unanswered. Then the day it was to ship, instead of shipping they sent me an email trying to get me to buy more. I saw the email DAYS later when I went to find out where my color shipment was. I responded and they shipped my order. They only gave me root color and the highlight kit I agreed to buy. Don’t need that because now I only have root color. Hair coloring set.Product does not hold the color at all. I have been using this product for many years and I would have to say it is more like a rinse than a hair dye. Hair color was not what I asked forI sent a picture of myself with golden strawberry blond hair. Explained that I wanted the same color but maybe even lighter/brighter. I received my custom color, used it and my hair is now auborn and much darker than I wanted.
