Too darkI am transitioning from auburn to blonde....wanted a very multi dimensional blonde meaning light Brown, dark blonde, honey highlights and even a few lighter highlights....what I got is dark hair w/blonde baby lights....tiny but caramel. Color was too clownish, gray coverage not great, roots lighterI really wanted to like this product. I've been coloring my hair red for years (in salons pre-covid). The shade sent to me was a bit more clown-like than I am used to, very red. Didn't love it, so messaged asking to adjust the color. No response, then sent another message 6 days later, still no response. Only message I got was that my second kit would be shipping out soon. I didnt' want another of that color, so I canceled. One week after coloring, my roots started to fade and are a noticeably different color than the rest of my hair, even worse in my gray areas. Didn't want redMy bad. I should have done a test strip first. I ordered light blonde. Got carrot top instead. Asked what I should do to fix it and was told they'd discuss it on my next order. free color was red dyeI love the two colors that was send but a free red dye was also send that I did not know it was red. I ended up with red/white roots. I wish you would had warned me.
