2nd Time Aroundfound time to apply my color after receiving it weeks ago. This is my second time using color from eSalon and I'm still not satisfied. I follow the instructions closely with the exception of a few minutes due to having long thick hair. After I was done washing/ rinsing out the color it feels sticky and strands clump together. This feeling is most likely caused by residual color still coating your hair and/or scalp.To avoid this from happening in the future, we recommend massaging the color at your scalp prior to rinsing.
