Wasn't exactly what I expectedAlthough the process and items they give you is very simple and easy that's the part I like the most. Didn’t touch my greysA bought a colour a shade darker than my natural colour. I have no colour already in my hair but I do have a few greys coming through at the roots. Being new to ESalon I followed the instructions to the letter but to my surprise when I had finished styling I noticed that my greats were still shining through and my hair doesn’t really look much different. Medium blonde turned my hair orangeI asked to tune out the red/orange/brassiness of my current color and my roots are now orange! The rest of the color turned out more of a medium blonde (the second bottle of color only left on for 5 minutes per instructions) but the “root” bottle failed miserably.
