Couldn't tell I colored my hairMy hair is brown and I dye it blue black twice a year. After I used esalon hair dye, I couldn't even tell I had dyed my hair. All my roots were still brown and it could not have been blue black because the ends of my hair was the dull black it was before I used the hair dye. I could have sworn I canceled the subscription but they drafted my account at 5:30 this morning but I was told it was already shipped and I would have to wait and refuse the package/send it back and wait on them to get it back and process before they would refund my money. If u cancel your subscription, u might want to double check and make sure ur cancelation was completed. I'm going back to store bought dye. Color way darker than expectedI was hesitant to start dying my hair because I never had before and I liked my natural color. I attempted to get as close to my hair color as possible and asked my friends their opinion and they all said medium brown was closest to my hair color. It took me a couple of months to but the bullet and dye my hair. The color looks to me like the darkest brown, not medium at all. I’m disappointed in how off it looks from the photo in the color finder. The positive is that my hair feels amazing. Quelle douceur !Un vrai régal que cette coloration, douce et lumineuse. Même après 3 semaines, mes cheveux sont toujours très doux. Le Kit est très complet. Tried to cancel orderI am very disappointed with this company,I cancelled my order twice and both times it has been ignored ali have just been charged nearly £28 again something I cannot afford.
