Nervous 1st time colorI was very nervous about my color after I applied bottle #1 on my roots so I cut the time a little short before Applying bottle #2. I have to say my color actually turned out the way I wanted and I will not cut the time short next application. I got many compliments on the color and shine. First attempt!This was my first attempt at coloring my own hair. I have to say the instructions were spot on. The color was perfect! I am very pleased. I also was impressed when I wanted to change from permanent to demi permanent and you easily made that adjustment for me. So glad I found eSalon!I love this hair color!. I don't have to hunt thru the drugstore anymore for a color close to the one I want. I get one custom made for me! And the quality is excellent. Totally disapointed - horrible experience and resultThis was my second experience with eSalon products. I had great expectations the color would adhere to my hair and touch up the roots as promoted.
