Orange hair isn't my color!Tried the first color, Dark brown with gold highlights, the touch up spray turned my roots orange! Decided to request a darker color change for the next order. I'm legally blind, couldn't find the color chart so I called Customer Support for help with that but after holding for forty minutes, none were available. I changed my next order for a Darker brown, not with gold, just Darker. My next box arrives with the same order but with a darker color, this is not what I wanted! I called Customer Support, the colorist was argumentative with me, saying I didn't request an actual change, but the Colorist via email did not request further information from me to clarify the problem. Just okayMy grey is only covered for about 4 to 5 weeks. I find my hair is very static for a couple of days following the colouring. I have got the tint treatment but I don’t really feel it does much. A little disappointing. i do not want to receive anymore productsi do not want to receive anymore products the colour doesn't last or colour grey.
