Faded very quicklyHello, I usually have really good luck with your product, however this time the color faded off my gray very quickly. Also, I noticed on the set that was shipped May 5th, is going to my old address in Montana. Everything under my account says my address in Idaho though. Yikes! did get any colorI followed all the steps and used both 2 bottles but still didn't get any color. didn't even change colors of the gray hair . I was super excited and super hopeful for this color. but sadly I am disapointed 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Du auch? |

Coloring my hairOk this is the second time i’ve used esalon color,so delighted with results first time thought I would give it another try . Just as pleased with results although I think my timing was off or applying dye technique wasn’t as precise. I had some areas not quite holding color as well but think it was my fault rather than product. Bought the root spray so when it’s really noticeable I will use that until next dye application. Still feel it’s worth the effort and price is far below what I would pay at salon. I’m satisfied and will continue to use esalon. Thanks. Adding an update ,it’s 2024 and still using and extremely happy with color system ,even my former colorist from Ulta said it was professional looking that she could not replicate the lovely color herself! Wowzer.Absolutely love this. Colour in root was different to the length colour so looks streaky! However I’m not sure if that was just me and my first time with a bowl and brush!
