Difficult and not as describedThis was a hard application. I needed my husband to help. I won't use this versus the other all over coverage. I sent a message to Esalon about my concern, and they acknowledged my email, i still have not received a response. The color is so naturalI have been using eSalon for 4 years and I am so happy with the product and the company support. Their customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable as well as willing to please. The product is so natural. There is volume to the color and it does not fade. Didn’t handle rootsSo I colored my hair as instructed, but I see big difference between ends and roots as I didn’t color roots. After dying color on my roots is closer to dark blonde and ends are cooper. Either my roots color should have more reds or processing time should be longer, or Idk.
