THEY FIXED MY HAIR!!!Yes, that's three exclamation points! I've been using e-Salon for a few years, off and on, and decided to cover my gray entirely one more time before my 59th birthday, so I took the plunge. Keep in mind, I was silver. And not the pretty kind. e-Salon has always been a great choice for home do-it-yourself, so I trusted their team. The first time I colored my hair after letting it go completely silver, the color was too brassy. Too reddish ... I was going for Ash Blonde; the color nature gave me. So, I snapped a picture and sent it back. I waited a couple of weeks and voila! My next shipment came with a note from a stylist. They listened, and now? IT'S GLORIOUS! Exactly what I wanted. Perfect ColorI was nervous this being my first time. The color came out awesome and matched my current color perfectly. It also did a great job covering my greys. colour setUnfortunately, the colour you sent me did not take at all. I first carried out a strand test, which showed no change in colour. Then I tried another on a different part of my hair, leaving it on for much longer to see if it would take at all, but there was no result whatsoever.
