Trying to get it rightI love the product and the staff but I am trying to get the color right. They r a lot of help. I am going stick with them bc I like the product it makes my hair so shiney. good colorwhile the color was good, the amount of AMMONIA in the color was EXTREMELY TOO MUCH. I was coughing and choking during the process and I always wear a mask. It's not healthy at all. I will have to cancel my subscription due to health concerns. I do not ever want that much ammonia in my hair and touching my scalp. Better than expected!Used this service for the first time in October 2016. My hair colour was a big change to how I had been but the colour was great, my hair is in fab condition since using my custom colour and I actually loved the new colour after getting used to it. I put a couple of highlights through my hair and they turned out a great colour. I've received my next colour and I asked to be a little lighter and my colourist has altered the colour. I haven't used it as yet as I've found my new colour to last much longer than my previously dyed hair.
