love that it comes in the mail & is cheaper then going to a salon by farI give 3 stars because I sent a note to my stylist here about what colors I love, dark deep reds & purple, & got a more copper orange tone. Yuck! The color also did not even match the pictures I submitted. Did she even look?? I will try again & hopefully be listened to. Beyond that... the color stayed in quite well. AWESOME!!!!!I have tried many hair colors, but the one I received from esalon was the best. It was generated for my hair specifically from the information that I gave them. It was shipped to me quick and nicely package with easy instructions. I love how the color took to my hair and the vibrant color, shine gloss and softness my hair have after using the hair color. Great productI am very impressed with this product. It's true to color and when I wanted to change it a bit, it was done exactly as I requested.
