Love My Hair Color and the Customer ServiceI am sorry I waited so long to try eSalon. Working with a colorist is fantastic! My first color was a little warm and when I contacted them by Email they adjusted it to fit exactly what I wanted. Application is so easy and no smell like OTC hair color. Medium brown custom haircolorLove this color system. In the past, I had used over the counter Clairol and Loreal hair dye. Both left my hair dry and brittle. Custom Hair ColorI used this hair color for the first time last week and it was easy to apply and I got great results. My hair stylist commented on the color and said it looked great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars...I think a bigger bottle would be great. Even using it on roots only, if you have long hair I have found that you need to use a little more to touch up and refresh your hair. Otherwise it is brilliant. The scent is clean with no residue.
