Great customer service just didn't like the colorI was hoping for my color to be a popping vibrant red or even hot pinkish color. It turned out a mild reddish brown color. I sent a message to my stylist and she got back to me very quickly. She was happy to fix it for me. I just messaged her back with the changes I'd like. Gorgeous colour. Doesn't last.The colour on the ends was beautiful. The root colour wasn't quite right. The major problem I had was it washed out after the 3rd wash even despite using the tint rinse stuff that I bought as an extra and followed all the instructions. The box dyes I've used in the past for much cheaper wash out at the same rate.
