Poor supportDur to lack of support I did not use the product. I actually needed to send it back and try a different formula. I was told yo just test it on a strand. Don’t buyThe colorist are not helpful. When I called to get clarity about highlights she was not helpful and acted like I was bothering her. If you’re trying to cover gray don’t use this product. Gray comes back very quickly and the color isn’t great. Prices keep going up.
