Very Satisfied Customer!Thank you so much Nicole for your help. The current color is what I hoped for and gray coverage is way better!! The formulation is thicker which I prefer because it's easier to apply and less splashing on walls/counter. Most of all, better results! Different instructions from previous applications, 40 minutes before rinsing, and generous application on partline and edges. I think it helped as well! Lastly, I have enough color to cover the roots. I appreciate you Nicole for doing an excellent job! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. ImpressedI wanted to go back to my natural red hair after bleaching blonde. I really thought it would be a disaster but it is just fabulous. Looks very natural. I sent photos of my hair and they advised a demi permanent with a tint rinse pre treatment. I found the customer care service excellent and they were quick with their responses. The demi permenant doesn't take long and my hair feels soft afterwards and in good condition. Amazing Results!Really happy with the results. The colourist Sarah communicated very well with what I wanted and was really helpful as well. The package came with so many little details, from extra gloves, to stain remover wipes, shampoos/conditioner and the brush for dying the hair! Really recommend it!
