Great customer service!I had a problem with a color. Wasn’t happy so I emailed eSalon. They immediately fixed it and checked back to make sure I was happy. So happy I found this company back in 2020. Best color of allMy last hair dye from you, was the best out of all the dye I've gotten since I joined esalon!!! I loved my hair color n that's how I wanted my hair color all along!!! Rich warm colorI have been using e- salon color for a while now. Before I was using Madison reed. After the pandemic, they got stingy with the accessories they would normally send & sloppy with the packaging, so I decided to try e- salon. I am very happy I did! I love that they are so concerned & helpful when mixing your personal hair color. I had been using one with a different tone to it but wasn't really happy with it. They asked many questions & had me send them pics so they could see what I was trying to describe. Well I asked for a different color tone & they got it exactly right! I love my new color! And it is so easy to use. My hair is pretty short so it only takes 10 minutes to put on. The kit they send is so neatly packed & they personalize it with my name on it. I was hestitate but went for it.I was so happy with my first order. When it arrived and said black I waited 3 weeks before using because I usually do my hair dark brown and was afraid to go black. Beautiful and EasyI've coloured my hair twice now with my custom shade, and so far it's been wonderful. What a relief not to go to the salon anymore, I actually tried eSalon because I have a neck injury and cannot handle the sinks at the hair salon, it was like being tortured. So to be able to colour my hair at home, and remove the colour in the shower is just brilliant! I have a warm beige shade with a bit of gold and it's just the right brightness, it covers my grey (which is dominant at the front only). The instructions are so easy to follow, and I have the bowl and brush which make application so easy. The colour doesn't irritate my scalp in the slightest, something that has been an issue for me in the past.
