Left with ginger hairI’m unsure what happened but I selected dark blond colour i put the colour on the roots and the colour started developing a plum purple colour it was a bit conderning and the ends turned deep purple too, I washed it off as per the instructions and I’ve been left with bright ginger hair. I’m very upset and I will have to spend more money now trying to correct this. I’ve tried to press help and the option doesn’t work on the website. Good color but too auburnE-Salon has been great so far. I adjusted the color and it turned out too light. I’m a natural brunette and went for medium brown.
