Love my hair!I have alot of gray hair,some were hard to color. When I color my hair it makes me feel good,sexy even,it's been a while.. 1st Time was a Winner!I was impressed with the customer service side of eSalon given they had to contact me regarding my color request. They really CARE about your hair results! When my package arrived, again I was Impressed by the packaging. Everything you need is in there. My hair color turned out beautifully! The shampoo and conditioner was a MUST buy for me. I absolutely love my custom hair color!I truly have not been more satisfied in any other hair color in the past. I am a natural brunette and I made the change to become a deep redhead. As most people are aware, red is a very difficult color to maintain. I love the customized color and the professional way in which it is prepared. I see myself as a customer for a very long time.
