5 starsI had horrible results! I'm done and rather pay $150 for professional. Completely dried out my hair and I followed instructions completely. Had to go in and have my hair treated after color with deep cleansing and conditioning. Then what really makes me mad is I stopped my auto-ship and just received another one in the mail today. SurprisedI have colored my own hair in the past, only to go back to my stylist to have it done professionally. I was surprised how well e-salon's color came out. I didn't even do it correctly the first time. It looks great, natural and I love the texture. I have suggested it to many friends. The customer service has been good too. I don't need my hair color done frequently because I am covering gray, not changing colors. When I got the notice that my second order was coming, I wrote back and said "I don't need it yet" and the representative changed my renewal date for me.
