FriedI've only used one of the two colors I've received. I was sure I had timed the processing time accurately, but something went wrong because in the end I fried my ends. I must need a new timer. ColorThe initial color I chose was reviewed and I received a recommendation for a slightly different color based on the info I provided. I was unsure about a lighter color but they were SPOT on with the color! I LOVE my color and it was so easy to do. Nailed it!OMG! I can't believe how awesome this turned out! I've never colored my hair by myself. I have only ever trusted a salon and payed a ton of money over the years.
