Too Bright and not at all a nice colourI was expecting a Dark Brown with a Mahogany undertone - Images provided of existing colour to aid as requested with the explanation/request. I used following the instructions provided, but the end result was a harsh and bright red that didn't suit me or look appealing (having been red before this was simply not a nice red). I've had no issue with colour previously from here, was always very happy with the results. Maybe someone miscalculated or formulated on this occasion, as looking more in-depth at the formulation details online it mentions lighter...not at all what I asked about, as I'm naturally on the darker side with my hair and wanted to stay closer to that. I did immediately contact to query and raise the issue, no response as of yet which is disappointing. Coming out redNo back-and-forth communication with the colorist. I provided my initial request and then this was shipped to me without any talking with me, or showing me a photo. I ran with it and now my hair is -- again -- quite red. I am mostly disappointed in the way this was handled.
