Gray rootsWell i really excited about this color hoping it was cover my roots where i would not have to go darker. I liked how it didn't leave a tint around my edges and was too dark on my hair as using a darker brown color from my salon. Would love to try again but the color takes also too long to be delivered. Too Bright and not at all a nice colourI was expecting a Dark Brown with a Mahogany undertone - Images provided of existing colour to aid as requested with the explanation/request. I used following the instructions provided, but the end result was a harsh and bright red that didn't suit me or look appealing (having been red before this was simply not a nice red). I've had no issue with colour previously from here, was always very happy with the results. Maybe someone miscalculated or formulated on this occasion, as looking more in-depth at the formulation details online it mentions lighter...not at all what I asked about, as I'm naturally on the darker side with my hair and wanted to stay closer to that. I did immediately contact to query and raise the issue, no response as of yet which is disappointing.
