LOVED IT!!I love the way my hair turned out. I have lots of gray, I mean lots, not just a few here and there, a lot. But for some reason only the front half of my head has gray none in the back. Having dark hair naturally, gray REALLY stands out, it looks like I have bald spots where the gray is. Store bought permanent hair color never lasted, 2 weeks and my gray was back. Love the color!I love my color. The kit came in with everything I would need. For the first time in years I have finally found a color that most matches my original color, covering my gray hair. Just what I wanted!I am not a hair color expert, but the store colors would always come out wrong and fried my hair. This product was easy to use and didn't hurt my hair as much. Bad decision on hair productI have not used my last shipment. I made a bad decision and bought the new Swarovski brand using their lightest color (caramel blonde) and it turned my hair a dark orange color. I am afraid to use another hair color on top of it right now. I've liked dealing with your company.
