Love this idea, color, frustrated by lack of true customer srvHi, love the idea of your company so many pieces of the experience I enjoy. BUT I have asked as a goal since the beginning to go from mahogany to auburn. I have asked over a year 4 times to incrementally make this change. DisappointedVery disappointed. I got NO blonde, just took away what blonde I already had. It came out a grayish muddy color that was drab and dull, and the ugliest color I would NEVER hope to have. I hope it's ok to recolor right now, because that's what I'm going to do, as I will not be out in public with this crappy color. I was hoping it was gonna be great. But not even close. Medium blonde. Completely different from picture onlineThe colour looks nothing like shown on the website, hair turned out to have an orange tint, no ash in it at all, the greys didn’t get fully covered and it didn’t lighten my hair.
