Never could get color wantedTried a couple times and it seemed like the hair colorist wasn’t listening to my desired hair color I was trying to achieve. My hair was a dark brown and I wanted to get to a lighter brown after 4-5 times it’s still the same brown. They didn’t ever change the color sent except once to a barely different shade of dark brown. I didn’t want red tones and I got red tones in my dark brown as well. Great Product BUT Color Not What HopedI truly enjoyed the product and packaging/use is so simple, clean and easy!
