Missing productI can not open the color for roots and ends refresh and the developer has been tampered with. The seal was not on the developer all the way and the bottle was leaking. I uploaded a picture on my profile. Opening the color did not work at all. After failing with grip strength I had tried pliers and a bottle opener and the lid of the color has not budged. No me pinto las raíces y tampoco me alcanzoLamentable no me pinto por algunas partes de las raíces todavía está oscuro y es un rubio dorado . No es el color deseadoEl color es lindo, el tinte de buena calidad, pero no es el color que deseaba; estaba tan emocionada con la llegada del producto que leí las instrucciones cuidadosamente y lo apliqué con la mala experiencia de tener un tono demasiado oscuro.
