Too Expensive/Too DarkI used one bottle of your product and have since received two others. I do not want to use the others as I feel the color is definitely too dark and expensive for what you get. Not for meWhen I first signed up for this site and original hair color I loved it, but stopped using this product and had professional doing my hair for several months and it got spendy so decided I'd try this again, but this time it never seems to get my roots and I keep trying thinking I have done something wrong. I should have canceled the first time instead of trying a few more times with same results each time and roots just won't take the dye. Also, i can't seem to ever wash it out of my hair. Easy to use, great colourI came to eSalon after having to cut down costs on regular hair colouring, and it came recommended by a couple of friends.
