Easy to work with - phenomenal resultsI am not a hair person! I just don't know how to do all that stuff but I'm telling you this was almost as easy as washing your hair, the results though were well beyond what I had ever expected, my Daughter who does know what she's doing had dyed my hair red I didn't want to do the upkeep of it so wanted to go back brown, well I've done this before at the salon and it's never easy because they can't take you from red back to brown in one process. Well shame on them because eSalon took me there no problem! I have a lot of grey now that I did not have then as well. I recommend this very much. I'm not happyThis was my 3rd time. Each adjustment keeps getting worse and worse somehow. My hair is now orange at the roots when we added ash the last 2 times so I don't understand. I have naturally dark blonde hair but we can't seem to match it. No matter what, there is always orange! I'm freaking out this third time. You can literally see the line where its colored from my scalp. It looms like total fake permanent color and I thought Demi-Permanent doesn't do that. My friend recommended esalon to me because I'm getting some grays. I never colored my hair before because I always loved my natural color. Having problems with this covering the few grays I have. I'm pretty disappointed so far and I'm debating going back to just pulling out the small amount of grays that come in. My recent orderI colored my hair yesterday. I don't know what happened but it was not light golden blonde. It's light blonde absolutely no gold visible at all. The last orders have been exactly what it's suppose to be. This one not at all it's completely lacking any gold and looks like it's faded all ready. I am very disappointed. Also I have not received any reminders that my color is being prepared. So the last two orders came out of my bank account with no notice. Très déçuJe viens d'effectuer ma première couleur et c'est une catastrophe. Mes cheveux blancs sont toujours aussi présent casiment rien n'a été camouflé.
