Perfect application but colour darkerI liked the whole process a lot! Very easy to use. But even though it is the right colour it came out darker than I expected. Is it possible to make it a little bit more brigh? To resemble more a blend or copper, Ginger, and gold. I like the colour a lot, but it shows its full shine and brightness only in the sunshine. Color was perfect, process was too complicatedHaving a hair color formulated just for me is fantastic. My custom color is Darkest Brown with Red Mahogany Gloss. After receiving my color and reading the instructions, I found the process too complicated for me to do. I waited for a month before giving this a try. Anyway, I mixed the Hair Color of the first bottle and I applied it as indicated to my roots. I was surprised this didn't have a strong smell. Then, I followed to apply the Enhancing Gloss of the second bottle to my ends. This one was too strong and bothered my eyes. I finished applying it as quickly as I could. I followed by cleansing my hair with the shampoo and conditioner that came with. The Stain Guard and Stain Remover worked perfectly. It's been five weeks and my gray hair is starting to show up. Hated!!!!Thought I was getting a dark blonde..I got Orange hair instead..absolutely not satisfied. I gave it a one star only because I had to in order to review this product. First time!!!Aged 44 with a few greys at my temples I was happy to never colour my hair but was persuaded by your page to try. Super impressedI was a little skeptical ordering hair dye online at first but I decided to give it a try and I am so happy I did. Everything about eSalon surpassed my expectations. I was most impressed when my box came and how custom everything was. The color turned out exactly how I wanted it to and my hair still feels incredible. Great productThis product gives total gray coverage! It has given me freedom from going to the salon every 3 weeks on top of saving me money! However I do use Pureology hydrate shampoo & conditioner due to I am 54 years old and having very long hair to my waist, I feel it works best for me.
