Covered my grey and perfect colorMy first kit did not cover the gray roots so I contacted the company and they sent another kit free of charge. The second kit was a different formula to cover my grey and it worked out great! I love the color and the coverage. Instructions were complete and the whole process was surprisingly simple. Color did cover grey howeverMy hair is a chestnut color and came out a solid brown. No depth. The customer service was great. They called promptly and gave me advice on how to lighten it. It did lighten and still covered the grey. I may try again but not right now. My hair is very long and it is a lot of work trying to adjust. Uneven colorI've been coloring my hair successfully for more than 10 years. This was one a pretty big disappointment. The color is uneven, with the gray in my roots not covered adequately, resulting in my roots being lighter red while the rest of my hair is darkest brown. ColorColor was darker than I anticipated,and highlights were not as impressive as l anticipated, I do take the blame. I didn't have a current picture with the right lighting to include.
