cusotme hair colori loved all the personalized instructions and the packaging was great. The color was a little darker then i wanted but I am sure it can be adjusted. The only negative thing I have to say is that when I was rinsing the color out of my hair it became very gummy feeling and felt like it was not rinsing out. Love the colorHappy with the color, it's a bit of work to color hair yourself, but the savings are worth it. The downfall is the shipping. Takes forever to get to me after leaving the facility. Good color but way too thick!!I like everything about this except for one major issue. It takes a ton of rubbing to get the color off my scalp!! I am a former cosmetologist and I have never had this problem before. In fact I might just stop using it because it's so ridiculous. I usually hop in the shower to wash out the product so I take along time to do it. The last time I used it I was VERY concious of getting the color off my scalp because the previous time I had to go back and work on getting it off twice. It happened again! I was like,"OMG!" Very Nice ColorThe color was true to the color I expected and was a nice brown. The instructions were clear and the kit was nice quality. I used the brush that came with as the applicator and liked that. My complaint is that 1 of the 2 bottles had opened at the top and some liquid spilled out inside the package during shipping.
