When coloring hair, one of our safety recommendations referenced in our Product Safety & Usage guide (included with every hair color order) is to remove contact lenses before applying the color. However, if you must wear contact lenses and any product gets into your eyes, we advise removing your lenses before rinsing them. Hair color should not cause hair loss and we highly recommend consulting with your physician prior to coloring your hair again. We have gone ahead and reached out to you to ensure that our product is right for you. |
Colorist changed my colorI am very disappointed. My root color was correct and used as directed. The color for my roots was not correct and when I asked they just told me I must have not followed the instructions. I read the instructions as I have been for the last 20 years I have been coloring my hair. When I looked at the formula they did for the roots and the ends I see they changed the formula for the ends without even stating it in the instructions. I am very discouraged. I loved the colors they sent prior, they looked natural. I hope my furture orders are correct. This next time I will definitely check the color formulas before I apply them. Suffocating Chemical OdorBecause of my grey hair, I now have to buy the permanent hair color. The chemical was so strong that I had a hard time breathing and my eyes started to sting. I ended up not using the product. Not sure if you've had this type of complaint before. Looks natural AND covered my grays!!I was a bit leary about ordering hair color online and when i got it in the mail I still wasn't sure that I was going to use it. But I got the courage up, followed the instructions and VOILA....great, natural looking color that covered all the grays around my hair line. Thank you esalon!! Dark brown semi permanentExcellent color! It matched my hair color perfectly and blended my few greys naturally. I will definitely keep using this product. I am a huge Clairol semi perm dark brown fan, however, I actually found this to be even more gentle without compromising the color. My hair stylist said "nice color"Approximately 10 days after using eSalon color, I went to a hair stylist that I had never used before. Having no knowledge or what my hair looked like before or how or where I colored my hair , she actually told me "nice color".
