Hair colorHi Sarah your note said I hope you like your sizzling spicy red. And that’s what I was hoping for. Instead it’s the same formula as before. I compared the color chart from my last color with this color and both formulas were the same. My hair is the exact same color as last time. I’m so disappointed and frustrated.
