Just okay.This replaced a natural hair color I've been using for years. The color was adequate but after a reformulation it still wasn't was I was looking for. Plus this product gives my hair a very odd texture which the other product didn't. The over packaging is also a bit much. Can't get any easier!!I have been using eSalon for about 2 years now, and wanted to adjust my color a bit. NO PROBLEM! They do an awesome job of doing exactly what you need or want. Beautiful!!Love the color!! My color consultant tweaked my color and it is perfection. I love that I can contact her and make a small change to customize the kit. Absolutely love it!This is my first time purchasing hair color, first time purchasing from eSalon, first time coloring my own hair and the result is fabulous! I love the color designed for me because it looks great with my lighter colored highlights. I am glad I sent a picture of myself because the colorist suggested a better, lighter color to match my highlights better than the color I originally chose. It was the perfect suggestion by the colorist, so thank you for that! And the coloring process wasn't too bad either. Now I will wait to see how the color holds.
