Waxy residue left on hair.I have used this product for a few treatments the first few were fine, however the last few applications have left my hair with a waxy residue that took two to three attempts to wash out, also waxy residue made hair feel heavy and seemed to put pressure on my head. It is a shame because I like the colour but the actual experience of using this product isn't an experience that I would recommend. I love it, I have no complaints, it was exactly what I asked for.I love the hair color. I don't feel like my hair is dry or damaged. The color is vibrant. The kit they send has everything you need. Love the colorI was skeptical at first, but the color that I received was a perfect match for me. Usually at various salons they color gray roots so much darker and end up with 3 tones of color on my hair. Perfect match!I really love my custom colour, it is perfect! Really good instructions, easy to follow and useful add-ons included in box, like stain remover - a nice touch. Fantastic coverage of my grey hair!!!Way better coverage than my $180 salon treatment with Aveda products. My hair is shiny with the eSalon shampoo/conditioner with the Nourishing Hair mask and the color is fantastic. I always had trouble with brassy tones at professional salons. I updated my photo with the eSalon team and the color was adjusted. Love, love, love it. Even the regrowth is less noticeable.
