Missed the markWas the first attempt at a color change. It’s definitely more blonde with the added gold but I that canceled out the copper for the red in the photos I sent. It’s just blonde now, no red/strawberry at all. I’d like to order early for the next try but would like to hear how you’d like to change it to fit the strawberry blonde color better. The bestI have been a customer since 2017, I have never had a single issue with customer service. My orders are spot on and I love that I can customize my color to be just what I'm looking for. SoftMy hair is so soft after coloring. It definitely covered my grays. I am curious to see how long that lasts. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the light brown is SO much darker than I thought it would be. I should have asked for the lightest I can go. But I do love the coverage and it has a pleasant smell. I did not use the shampoo and conditioner that came with it only because I really like my own brand so that is my reason for not commenting on that. No changeIf you have dark hair like me (very dark brown, seems black), I do not recommend. I wasted time and money. My hair colour did not change at all. I love eSalons services!I love this company. As a redhead my color makes up so much of who I am. As I have gotten a little older it has become a bit more blonde. This service allows me to regain some of my youthful brightness. The products are so gentle and I have not noticed any damage to my hair at all.
