Faded Too FastSo I ordered this in June. I got it and it may have been my error. I should have put a year probably rather than "6 months" since I last colored. The color would have been gorgeous, if the second step bottle for the ends would have had the darkest brown color in it as well. But it was just a tint with ash and mahogany in it. So my ends were a shade lighter than my roots. Not only that, my hair felt like crap for a while after this using this. I kind of expected a better feel since it's supposedly "salon quality"... honestly, I have had better experiences with store bought hair dye and my hair always feels nice after store bought as well. This stuff is a great idea, but not for me I guess. UPDATE: I'm so glad eSalon has sent me a credit free complimentary hair color to retry their product it seems like they really care about the customer. I'm going to give it another try. Thank you eSalon. They have also told me that if I experience complication that I can send a picture of my current hair color so they can formulate it specifically for me. Good Quality ColorMy hair color was too dark to my eye. My husband didn't think it looked bad at all. If I order again, I would adjust my color to a bit brighter.
