Très bons produits mais ....J’avoue avoir reçu un joli coffret bien emballé et dans les temps mais je n’ai bien sûr pas vu qu’il s’agissait d’un abonnement ! Du coup je vais recevoir une 2eme livraison alors que je n’en ai pas besoin ! J’ai évidemment tout de suite arrêté cet abonnement... d’habitude je fais attention à ce genre de procédé mais là, je n’ai rien vu ! Better than I expectedI would highly recommend that the final step that tells you to take the left over color, gloves,shampoo, and conditioner into the shower be revised. First, put the gloves on BEFORE getting in and second, the fumes are overwhelming and that step should be removed. I can't imagine people with respiratory issues applying that in the shower. Love the color but....I love the color. The process is easy however, it is not covering all my gray by my part line. I have tried to leave it on a bit longer, I have tried to make sure I get it saturated with the color. It just seems to have a bit of trouble with my resistant gray.
