getting it right!when i told my colorist about my hair color it was too brassy and just not liking it, she fixed my color and gave me personal instructions with detail on how to apply. The opposite of what I asked for.I really hoped for this to work. I understand that the color chart can be a little deceitful and each hair type is unique, but I specifically added a note in which I stated that I want a color as close to my natural as possible, that I really dislike rusty undertones and want light ash color with as little brown as possible. Disappointed - Not my requested colorBecause red is a hard color to maintain, my color faded into a reddish-blonde. This was expected. But I just redyed it and there's hardly any copper and my hair is brown. I understand that I was sent a root touch up, but because the red faded, my roots would in no way match the rest of my hair.
