Worse hair color EVERI’m a natural blonde. I was sent an email that they were adjusting my hair color. I did exactly what I’ve done numerous times. I got out of the shower. My hair is almost black/brown/gray. WTH. I called them very upset. I can’t leave my home. I’m so pale my hair is way too dark. Someone definitely didn’t know what they were doing by adjusted my color from a blonde 7 to 10. I have court Tuesday. This better get straightened out. Don’t EVER adjust my color ever again. Love itI have been a customer for a decade now and still love my color. I wrote the review below in 2016 and I still stand by it. I recommend these products to all my friends and family. If you are undecided about using hair care products ordered online I say go for it. I don't think you will be disappointed because..... I really love my color. Lovely colour, shipping no so good.I'm very happy with my colour, it was adjusted two times and it turn out very good. I relation with shipping, I live in Ireland and he shipping information does not work. Très satisfaiteVraiment étonner c'est la première fois que j'ai la couleur que je voulais. J'ai essayer plusieurs coloration en magasin, j'ai également payer un prix fou au coiffeur surtout que j'ai les cheveux long donc c'est très cher et le temps perdu pour toujours avoir c'est reflet un peu roux que je déteste et la après correction de ma couleur par rapport à mes demande , j'ai enfin la couleur que je veut . Good colour, easy to work withVery easy colour to apply and rinses easily. SHIPPING TAKING AT LEAST A WEEK!!!!!I began my journey with this company during Covid. The past year (more/less) has been taking at least a week to ship out my order. I sometimes call and order a couple boxes because you are unable to order more than only 1 box online. I love my color but the shipping is super frustrating!!! Used to be goodThis product used to be good. The quality got worse. The actual color that they sent me changed without me making any adjustments to my order.
