Custom Color SetUntil I retired I had my hair colored and highlighted at the salon. Once I retired I had a hard time justifying spending all that money. I also found I needed to have it done more frequently as the older I got the faster the grays were showing. I tried drug store color and for whatever reason whichever brand and whatever shade of blond (my natural color) i tried, within a week or two I always ended up with the same unfortunate shade of brassy reddish orange yuck. I was desperate when I read about eSalon. I was happy with my first custom color set. A definite improvement but still some of the dreadful brassy color. On the off chance it was avoidable I mentioned it to the colorist. Never again have I had to look at brassy reddish hair with disgust. My hair was blond again. I thought why not try a light set since my natural color is a darkish blond and I always enjoyed the highlights from the salon. I was a little nervous since I thought highlights were normally done by experts. The directions were very clear and the process was not complicated at all. I think my hair looks every bit as good as when I was paying hundreds of dollars for my color. I couldn’t be happier. So thank you to the wonderful colorist who banished the brass and to eSalon for allowing me an affordable way to maintain my retirement budget and love my hair at the same time. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. This is a game changerAs someone who stopped dying their hair with a hairdresser through lock down and thought they would have to just learn to love the greys, I am so impressed, with the colour, product and instructions. It’s not covering my grays wellThis product was amazing at first but that couple of orders I’ve been applying it intensively to my grays and it’s not covering well. My hair turns into this brassy ugly brownish shade after two weeks. And yes, I use the protective shampoo regularly, stopped using any other products. Très déçu ! L’horreur !!!Bonjour. J’ai bien reçu la formule de ce mois-ci avec le changement (même couleur mais sans ammoniac) que vous ont fait après la réaction que j’ai eu avec la dernière formule. Je suis très insatisfait du résultat. La couleur de la racine est complètement différente de la couleur de la longueur. La racine est blonde foncée et la longueur est complètement orange. Je vais devoir décolorer mes cheveux pour enlever cette horreur. Je ne peux même pas sortir dans la rue de honte. Je vous demande de me contacter svp , mais un vrai spécialiste pour régler ce problème là .Cette nouvelle formule a été réalisée sans aucune connaissance des couleurs .Pas d’harmonie entre la racine et la longueur. Je n’arrive pas a poster ici la photo do désastre mais vous l'avez plusieurs dans mon dossier. Je ne comprends pas ce que se passe avec cette Enterprise depuis 2 ans. Avant le service étais super, avec des vrais professionnels et lá….Comment est il possible avoir une tel différence entre racine et longueur. Looked great at firstEasy to use set with the perfect amounts and was really pleased with the initial colour. Unfortunately it faded from darkest brown to an orangey colour and now I’m finding it hard to cancel. Ita a great idea but I don’t recommend 2 von 2 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Worse hair color EVERI’m a natural blonde. I was sent an email that they were adjusting my hair color. I did exactly what I’ve done numerous times. I got out of the shower. My hair is almost black/brown/gray. WTH. I called them very upset. I can’t leave my home. I’m so pale my hair is way too dark. Someone definitely didn’t know what they were doing by adjusted my color from a blonde 7 to 10. I have court Tuesday. This better get straightened out. Don’t EVER adjust my color ever again.
