Impressive at first....then, not so muchWith the first kit, The color came out nice and lasted for a good while before my persistent grays started showing. Second try to regulate intensity of colorI gave you a second chance to improve this color and it is still too dark and leaves my hair extremely dry. Dull looking hairI was very disappointed this month with my color and then I realized that my colorist was changed without letting me know. I was very happy with Vanessa and I finally had a color I loved. Perfect matchFirst time using esalon and was a little nervous for the colour match, especially as I use hair extensions on a very regular basis (99J). I needn't have worried as it is absolutely perfect! The application was easy, and the gloss and softness of my hair has never been so good!
