So amazing! Perfect colorI follow the instructions for ordering but was so scared to use it, it sat in my house for months. I finally broke down and broke out my new color. Quality hair dyeI stupidly put a pink "temporary" colour in my hair at the beginning of lock down, after numerous weeks and washes it hadn't come out and with the possibility of returning to work, I wanted my hair back to its natural brown. I know the basics of neutralizing the colour with green, but didn't want to go from one hair disaster to another! I took a risk an and hoped that a custom colour would do the trick. Tamara is my colourist and I received a hair dye, which almost got my hair colour back to normal! One more colour and I should be there! The coverage is great on my few, but stubborn greys. Perfect colorSalon quality color. The only criticism is that my hair is dry and draw like as a result of the treatment. Color great, but...I think my color match was great. The process was pretty easy to mix, and prep was ok, but it was difficult for me to do the back of my head. I think it was a good intermediary fix for my color while I awaited my salon to open after Covid 19. I made a bit of a mess on a new item in my bathroom, because it splattered onto a surface after I applied it to the back of my head. I can't get the stain out.
