my history wasn't consideredWith this color I changed from dark blonde with reds to light brown. Unfortunately this time I only got one bottle of color, which was barely enough to cover all my hair. As it was a bigger change a few minutes for the ends is just not enough to have one color all-over. I am not happy with this general instruction for every color. GREAT COLORMy sister suggested I try this service and I am glad I did. I was a little nervous about the actual color, but was willing to try it. And I really like the color. I wanted something that would not make my skin look so washed out, and the colorist created a very nice mahoganey color that is great. I have received a lot of good comments on the color. The only thing I have a problem with is that when I wash my hair, it clumps together and I have no choice but to use a conditioner, which I have to anyway, but it bothers me about the way my hair clumps together. I suppose that is the way it is made, but I can deal with that to have this awesome color.
