commande du 6/01Bonjour, je suis désolée de ne pas avoir pu aller chercher ma commande du 6/01 dernier, en effet j'étais absente pour des raisons personnelles, est il possible d'annuler cette dernière qui doit être sur le chemin du retour, puisque je me suis présentée à la poste ce jour et pas de colis. Cette dernière est payée donc 2 solutions 1. je reçois les 2 commandes en même temps 2. nous annulons la 1ère et je réceptionne la 2ème en n'ayant pas de frais supplémentaires Merci de rendre réponse, je suis tjrs aussi contente de vos produits, bien cordialemnt F.Gérard 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. After a few tries it turned out great!It took a few attempts to get the exact color I wanted, but I got there! Very vibrant and lasts a long time! The only thing I disliked was the bottles I got for my roots when I adjusted my color. It was the same as the last time, which looked a bit strange. Loved the color BUT....I just did the color about a month ago... I absolutely love the color, the conditioner etc.!! I just don't need it every month... I would like to get it maybe 2 times a year, possibly 3.... How could I do that? And, I just want EXACTLY what you sent me last time, I do not want any changes!! Almost there, but not quite yetI'm pursuing a color but unsure of what it is at this point, and haven't gotten there yet. We are taking baby steps to get there so It is a work in progress.
