FINALLY WE GOT IT RIGHT!!When the pandemic started, my hair was a Med. Ash Blonde. The first try I was very upset, it darkened my hair, No more Ash just dark dreary brown that me me look older my husband said he hated it.. the 2nd order made my hair look harsh n brassy, My hair was 3 different colors.. I called esalon bc I wanted to fix it, so I sent b4 n after pics (ash blond n the other with dark brown w_red tones n blond) I don't know how she did it but she did. I ordered it for Xmas but I waited till yesterday and was surprised to see extra bc I have long hair (free of chzrge) it looks great, its light W/a hint of Ash. . I thank you for not giving up n working with me. Esalon is amazing. The problem with single processWell, I went from dishwater blond with faded, grown out highlights to 100% dishwater with a goldfish hue. Blondes need highlights to provide texture.
